We are starting up a sofa factory in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China, and expect to produce 600 containers the first year. In the following years we will increase the production. We estimate that we can load 27-28 sofas on each container. The total amount of sofas expected for the first year is thus 16800. 8400 three-seaters and 8400 two-seaters. Approximately 240 square feet is needed for a 3 + 2 seater. In the beginning we will mostly produce leather/pvc sofas, later we will produce more leather/split sofas. The total amount needed for the first year is 2.016.000 square feet in total.
