I formed the above company in the UK last year. Companies House now want to remove it unless we file an annual return and pay the filing fee of £15. Please advise whether you want to keep the UK Company. If you do, I can file the form and pay the fee for you. You can pay me back when you next come to the UK. This is quite urgent since the forms have to be filed before 30 June.
