Dear Sir, I would like to have some information for the MF ceramic membrane module of your company product, but I not sure your product is suitable for our process or not. Following are the requirement of the latex recovery process: - The feed stream quality has 3-5 % rubber and 95% water in skim waste - hydrophilic low fouling type - 0.2 micron size of multi tubular type - High temperature & chemical resistant - Able to handle liquid feed with high level of dry substance to 30,000mg/l - High viscosity - High degree of fouling - Feed flow rate: 24m3/hr The process is allow to recovery of all polymeric materials (rubber) resulting in clear serum which may be used for subsequent extraction of many valuable bio-chemicals. Please advice about the ceramic membrane and please do not feel hesitate to contact me should you need any further information.
