My plumber needs SIX 5" to 6" extension screws to install 3 of your waterfall faucets in my home. He said that his supplier needs a "code" from the manufacturer is order to get the correct screws. This 3 faucets are for my design studio which is in my home and as an interior designer, I cannot use these faucets again until I know that I will be able to resolve this problem.
