My needs would be the following : - motor will be used in potentially explosive atmospheres, very little or no spark is required - minimum lifespan: 5000 cycles (1 cycle is only 1 rotation of the shaft). 1 cycle would last between 10 and 30 seconds. The lifespan of the entire project would be 20 years long - minimum torque: 0,1 mN.m - maximum available current: 100 mA per cycle (a 3V-Batterie would be used) - operating temperature range: - 25 ¡ãC to + 60 ¡ãC - maximum available place: 60 mm (length) x 60 mm (width)x 20 mm (height) - efficiency should be the greatest as possible - the production will be 10,000 pieces in 1 year and 100,000 pieces in 3 years I would like to know which solution (stepper motor, DC-brushless motor, DC-brushed motor, linear motor¡­) need 1 command equipment.
