We would like to purchase hexagon or square medium hard to hard copper wire with a .020” cross section across the diagonal and in two inch straight lengths or a continuous length. We need to have the equivalent of approximately 10,000 two inch length pieces. The corners need to be sharp and the wire side surfaces need to be smooth. The ends of the wires may be rough but without surface burrs. If the size is too small what is the minimum size hexagon or a square copper wire that can be made. We have applications which can use two inch lengths (or equivalent long length) of wire up to .040”, .080”, .120” and .160” across the diagonal in the hexagon or square cross section.
