Last year i bought this lateral thigh trainer for my wife, unfortunetly, it was left unpacked for a while, because of the usual family issues of house space.
Last week I had the opportunity to unpack it, and found that the left plastic footplate was broken into little pieces.

I wondered if it would be possible to purchase a replacement part, and if you could please let me know what the cost would be, inc postage and packaging?
