I have bought this unit, but I am confused about where to put the electrodes. In the book there are "Available Acupoints" and "Secondary Acupoints". Does one electrode go on an "Available Acupoint" and the other electode on a "Secondary Acupoint"??? I would be interested in a chart showing where to place electrodes for different stimulations. When using the shoes, do you stand up on them for the treatment? Thanks for any help you can give me, Milt
