The base steel sheet or prepainted GI steel is the GI steel sheet of unannealed quality or annealed quality. Paint film of the prepainted GI steel sheet is the thermo-setting polyester paint used for the finish coating.
The colors:
Layed with colors as customers requirements and the thermo-setting epoxy paint used for the prime coating layer. We also can produce as per Germany RAL color catalogs.
The criteria for quality inspection:
Paint film adhesion to the base GI steel sheet is inpsected by T-Bend test in accordance with JIS G3312 CGCC.
The paint film thickness is measured by the optics method.
